The first page inside the album reads: "Miss Cornie L. Belding, Compliments of Grammar class 1884 Waynesburg College". There is an insert in the back of the album that reads: "Omnibus has Siteras Secturis Salutem". I am currently researching who the people are in the photos in this album, I think the photos were taken in the 1800's.
